Maroon 5 having announced yet another round of the listen-along on STATIONHEAD for their collaboration with BLACKPINK’s Lisa must have sent some waves to the shores of hype. The band simply tweeted the glittery promo using the hashtag #MAROON5XLISA_PRICELESS…and people…well, let’s just say people are losing their minds.

This diamond emoji-riddled tweet was just a little bit much for the promo, but it did contain the link to the listening party. And so did the replies. Toxic stans to casual listeners alike, it was agony and admiration all around, ushered in by a screaming chorus of “go stream.”
One said, “Very sweet,” – and honestly, I think that just sums up the atmosphere. Someone else had to jump in there: flow 🐾🐕🐱 claiming the “1st choice” status for Maroon 5 and just dropping the link like it’s nothing. Then dear Jessie Currie went all-in in caps lock: “Love this PRICELESS 😀 :3 :50 :52” – Because sometimes, the basic English alphabet just doesn’t suffice.
BLACKPINK RUSSIA went all the way with the chaotic fandom: “BLINKS STREAM HARD‼️❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥” – If there ever was a hint to Lisa’s seriousness! Likewise, did XSET Mando shout out, “STREAM THIS SONG UP Y’ALL!!!!” looking over his shoulder, hoping no one would give him credit for this success?
That promoted track, PRICELESS, has teased the fans for quite some time, and the ongoing second hosting of listening parties only has symbolic fuel poured on the fire of anticipation. Be it Adam’s voice or Lisa with rapping, we talked about it for an hour, but one step all can agree upon is that we are all ready to hit repeat on this one.
What follows, though? Judging from what the replies are telling, many more streams, much more screaming, and, maybe, sneakily, an unexpected release. All of these having just made Maroon 5 and Lisa the talk of town.
On the negative side: if you missed LP 1, then now’s your golden opportunity to jump in. From the reactions, missing out is not an option before this song has taken over every playlist with a trace.

And if the replies hold any bit of truth, “PRICELESS” should really be without a price tag. Or at least that’s what all those all-caps comments vaguely scream.
